APA-Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Patients with Panic Disorder
The second guideline chosen was the Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Patients with Panic Disorder. The guideline may be accessed through your local library and is found in the American Journal of Psychiatry 155:5, May 1998 Supplement. You may also access the Panic Disorder guideline at www.psych.org and choose clinical resources as your topic followed by practice guidelines.
Compliance measures have been established by Quest and are reviewed annually. Relevant member portions of the guideline should be distributed to members.
